Whether it's time for your first or fifteenth strategic plan, an organizational assessment, or planning for a major change, I make sure we build the right approach to suit your organization and the questions you are facing now to ensure the work we do together serves you for the long-term. By leveraging my experience and best practices with a careful intake process, we design a project that is unique to your organization's needs.

I love supporting with nonprofit professionals in their ongoing work as a coach, cheerleader, running partner, and champion. In addition to meeting a few times a month, I work with you on "homework" and follow-through between sessions. From crafting emails to building budgeting documents, I work with you to help our conversations convert to your reality.

In-person or over virtually, I am committed  to enjoyable learning experiences. I integrate practical lessons from decades of nonprofit work with technical content to ensure that every session is fresh and useful. I regularly teach one-hour sessions and multi-day courses—creating custom curricula at all levels.  

Executive transition is one of the most delicate times of an organization's journey. When we approach it properly together, we can pivot into a time of great opportunity. It is an honor to facilitate the search for a nonprofit leader, and periodically I serve as an interim executive director.
